Radio Engineering Circle, Inc. (REC), a recognized amateur radio organization operating under the primary club callsign DZ1REC. REC has four amateur radio club sections: DZ1PUP, DZ1RB-Batangas Section, DZ2REC-Pangasinan Section, and DZ1RH-Mindoro Section.

The organization is devoted to establishing, managing, and sustaining academic and research-oriented amateur radio clubs across the Philippines on a non-profit and non-commercial basis. At REC, we are dedicated to fostering the growth of communication technology enthusiasts and advancing the field of amateur radio.
